My name is Tom Foulds and I’ve been running some fitness sessions at the club.
A bit about me. I’m currently captain of the Grange 1st XI Cricket and 2nd XI Hockey teams and I’ve run my own personal training business for 6 years. I am a certified PT with qualifications in Sports Science (BSc) and Strength & Conditioning (MSc).
With restrictions easing slightly, I’m now able to offer group circuit sessions capped at 14 participants. Theses are open to all ages and abilities. Each exercise can be adapted to make it easier or harder. The sessions are £5 a head.
Times are as follows:

*Thursday 7am*
*Saturday 8am*

I am also offering bespoke 1-2-1 sessions at £32.50 for Grange members and £40 for non-members. I will also be running paired sessions for £22.50 each for members and £27.50 each for non-members. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with any questions about group or 1-2-1 sessions.
