Sports Scotland are running a major national survey which explores what sport and physical activities club members take part in, and what difference this makes to their life.

Scots Scotland know that clubs and club members are busy. To help with this, we are offering the chance to win a prize: £1,000 prize for sports equipment for your club!

The survey is designed for club members aged 13 and over. There are different routes through the survey for different age groups, to make sure all questions are age appropriate.
