Participants will be drawn from a hat into mini leagues during which they will compete against each other at a set distance (between 2-12km) in a round robin format. Thereafter it will be knockout.

Social distancing to be observed: do not arrange a run with the person you are drawn against.

Your run can be ran anywhere in the world, and on any terrain.

For instance, player A is drawn against player B to run 7km.

They will have a week to run the distance and the fastest time submitted from player A and B will be awarded a win and takes the 3 points. (multiple attempts permitted).
