Susannah Townsend MBE (Olympic hockey Gold medallist and current GB player) and Fiona Pocock (England Rugby player and world cup silver medallist) are coming to Grange to take a junior coaching day and do a talk for all members.

A full day where any 12-16 year old can spend the day in the life of an elite athlete. It is a unique opportunity for our juniors, I don’t think there has been a coaching camp run in Scotland that will be quite the same. More details are in the attached poster but I can guarantee it will be a great day to be part of.

A fantastic opportunity is also available for all our members.

Townsend and Pocock will do a talk , Q+A and a photo session at the clubhouse from 4-5pm the same day. It will explore the life of an elite athlete, the mental resilience needed to bounce back from injury and how to build a team. An exclusive insight from two world class athletes.

All members can buy a ticket for this talk – it will be aimed at adults and children.

The coaching day will cost £75 – 9am – 3pm (the cost inc the talk at 4-5pm)
