Sadly the lack of match practice was harshly exposed by a youthful side who exposed the sedentary pace of the Grange defence.
Despite a really poor first 15 minutes we managed to string four passes together and scored, with Andy Boyd finishing off a fine move. Simple, effective, and sadly a one-off.
The rest of the half was blighted by mistakes which led to us conceding 3 simple goals.
The second half was a bit better, but nothing to get excited about. We didn't create any real chances and it was no real surprise when they broke away and scored a good goal to finish off any chance of a recovery.
Time to get serious about playing in this league.
